Recipe by: Chef Eric Stenberg Courtesy of Sustainable Table ® Ingredients: 1 gallon Cider Vinegar
¼ cup Crushed Ancho Chile
3 ea Crushed Chipotle Chile
1 ½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Yellow Mustard
¼ Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Peppercorn, to taste
Directions: Combine first 4 ingredients and heat until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients, cool and adjust seasoning with Salt and fresh ground pepper.
