Recipe by: Chef Todd Gray Courtesy of Sustainable Table ® Description: It’s always a great idea to travel with blended spices for marinating and dry rubbing. A great mix that I use will be easy for you to prepare before you hit the road. Ingredients: ½ cup Chili Powder
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 Tbs Paprika
2 Tbs Instant Espresso Powder
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup Brown Sugar
Directions: Combine all of your spices and mix well. Keep in an airtight container or a baggy for traveling.
