Description:
This is a delicious choice for a warm day! Perfect for picnics or camping!

Ingredients:
Baked pizza crust
Oil (sunflower, safflower, olive)
Salad greens
Vinaigrette
Shaved Parmesan

Directions:
Lightly oil a baked pizza crust (store-bought is okay if you don’t want to make your own ahead of time) and grill on both sides.

When the crust is warmed through and slightly charred, top with a generous mound of salad greens that have been tossed with vinaigrette. If you have a lid, cover for about twenty to thirty seconds or grill until greens begin to wilt slightly.

Add some shaved Parmesan, slice and serve!

Tips:
While camping, individual pizza crusts or cutting the crust into portions prior to grilling may make life easier!
