7-10 romaine leaves (depends on number of people at the picnic) Special Equipment: Food processor Directions: Place the dates and the lemon juice in a food processor and blend until a smooth paste is achieved. Add a dash of cinnamon and blend that in.
Spread the date paste on each romaine leaf, roll it lengthwise and secure with a toothpick.
