Ingredients:
4 small potatoes, 4 to 5 ounces each
2 medium sweet onions
¼ cup butter, melted
Salt & black pepper

Directions:
Rinse the potatoes and slice each into thin rounds. Fan each sliced potato out on a piece of aluminum foil. Slice the onions in half vertically. Place each half cut side down on a cutting surface and slice thinly.

Tuck a generous amount of sliced onion between the potato slices. Top each potato with 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap and seal the foil tightly around the potatoes.

Place them over medium heat on a covered gas or charcoal grill for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes and onions are tender and caramelized on the bottom.
