Sustainable Table Recipes: Grilled Asparagus or Broccoli

Ingredients:
Asparagus or Broccoli
Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Wash vegetable, trim and cut to size (broccoli) and put in a bowl. Drench with a bit of oil, then fill bowl with water.

Shake excess water off as they are placed on grill and let caramelize on one side then the other, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
